Changing Your Name or Contact Information
To ensure we can reach you with important loan information, please provide us with your most up-to-date contact details — including your home phone, mobile number, and email address.
If you’ve had a legal name change due to marriage, divorce, or any other reason, we require the following documentation:
A completed IRS Form W-9 with your updated name. Download IRS W-9 Form
Legal documentation supporting the name change (e.g., marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order)
Please submit your updated information and documentation by email at servicing@mccuemortgage.com or contact our servicing department at 1-800-382-0017 option 1 with any questions.
Need to Update Your Mailing Address?
To protect your privacy and ensure timely delivery of important communications, McCue Mortgage requires a written request to change your mailing address. You can submit your request by completing our online Address Change Form, or by contacting us directly. For security purposes, identity verification may be required before we can process your request.
Please note: Many of the loans we service were originally issued as owner-occupied mortgages. If your address change suggests a change in occupancy, investor approval may be required to remain compliant with loan documentation.
If your property is currently vacant, you must confirm that it is being properly maintained. During winter months, we require confirmation that the heat is left on or that the property has been professionally winterized to prevent damage. Vacant homes may also affect your homeowner’s insurance coverage. We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm that your policy covers a vacant property and that any required endorsements or changes are in place.
Inheriting A McCue Mortgage
If you’ve inherited a property or are now responsible for a mortgage loan due to the death, divorce, or legal separation from a borrower, you may qualify as a Successor in Interest under federal mortgage servicing rules.
To begin this process, please contact our servicing team. You may be required to provide:
Proof of the borrower’s death (e.g., death certificate)
Legal documentation of your ownership interest (e.g., will, trust, probate documents, divorce decree, or property deed)
A completed Successor in Interest Request Form (available upon request)
We’re here to help guide you through the process with care and discretion.
