Phil is more than an experienced mortgage lender. Involvement in the community is important to him. He is past president of the New London Rotary Club, the New London Rotary Foundation, Friends of Mitchell College, Congregation Ahavath Chesed and the cofounder of Rediscover New London. He has served on the board of the Thames Science Center, the Norwich Rose Arts Festival and numerous other organizations in the shoreline area.

Phil lives in Niantic, CT with his wife and two sons. He was raised in Norwich, CT and graduated from University of Pittsburgh with his degree in Economics.
