CT FAMLIES is a $30 million refinancing program administered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority to help homeowners experiencing financial hardships.

The CT FAMLIES program may be able to help you by refinancing your mortgage loan into 30-year, fixed rate amortizing loan that is affordable for you. Counseling is also available to help you.

You may be a CT FAMLIES borrower if:

• You have an adjustable rate mortgage OR fixed rate mortgage;
• You own a property in the state of CT;
• You have experienced a financial hardship or increase in your mortgage payment and rate;
• Your mortgage is from the purchase of your home; OR
• You bought your home with an adjustable rate mortgage and refinanced into another adjustable rate mortgage.
