New Britain, CT – September 12, 2005 – The McCue Mortgage Company announced today that Louis L. Bolella (Lou) has joined the Company as Senior Account Manager within its Wholesale Lending Division. Lou’s mission is to develop and manage business relationships with McCue’s broker partners, supporting them with new loan products, technology and other efficiencies that will result in faster and better service for brokers’ customers.

Lou comes to McCue Mortgage from the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority where he served in several capacities over a 20-year tenure. During his time with CHFA, Lou was responsible for increasing loan volume from $120 million to $570 million annually. He did this through streamlining underwriting, documentation, purchase and post closing processes. Through these efforts, CHFA consistently ranked second in the nation among state housing authorities for purchased loan volume, playing second only to California.
