New Britain, CT – February 10, 2003 – The McCue Mortgage Company announced today that Kim Neilson, Senior Vice President of Secondary Marketing, has been selected by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) to participate in the Association’s Future Leaders Program. The goal of the program is to identify and cultivate the next generation of leaders in the real estate finance industry. Since its inception in 1996, the program has graduated 240 real estate finance professionals and provides a comprehensive curriculum dealing with leadership, business analysis and decision making. The program also covers the legislative process, state and local issues, and business management concerns. Neilson is one of 36 professionals nationwide to be selected to participate in the 2003 program.

Neilson began her career with McCue Mortgage and has over 18 years experience in the industry. In addition to involvement in the nationally active MBA, Neilson serves on Fannie Mae’s Secondary Advisory Council. She is also active on the local level with the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association, serving as co-chair of the association’s secondary marketing committee.
