New Britain, CT – August 30, 2004 – The McCue Mortgage Company today announced the company has hired five new mortgage loan representatives, who will originate loans for McCue, and provide marketing for the company’s extensive line of residential mortgage products throughout Connecticut. The new representatives are Susan DeRepentigny of Clinton, Jesse Gnazzo of Plainville, Patricia Smith of Glastonbury, George Souto of Middletown, and Alan Wagner of Branford.

“These five professionals are experienced in the financial services sector, in addition to being able to provide our customers with the high levels of customer service and support they have come to expect from McCue Mortgage,” said Bill McCue, President. “We have added these individuals to support ongoing growth and broaden our reach across Connecticut.

Derepentigny brings more than ten years’ sales and marketing experience to McCue, including several years with Capital One Financial Corporation, and demonstrated expertise in servicing many accounts. Her territory includes the towns of Colchester, East Haddam, Waterford, Lyme and East Lyme, Derepentigny resides in Clinton.

Prior to joining McCue, Gnazzo was a Loan Officer for H&R Block Mortgage, where he was a top producer for his district originating first and second mortgages. His territory covers Plainville, Southington, and Bristol, Gnazzo lives in Plainville.

Smith is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector encompassing both the consumer and business-to-business markets. Prior to joining McCue, she was Sales Director and Vice President at Liberty Bank, Middletown, CT, and previously was a Vice President and Branch Manager with Fleet Bank in Glastonbury. She will focus on a sales territory that includes the towns of Glastonbury, Hebron, Marlborough, and Colchester. Smith is a resident of South Glastonbury.

Souto brings more than twenty years of sales and service experience to McCue, including several years selling insurance and financial services products for the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company. He will service Haddam, East Haddam, Salem, Chester, Deep River, and Essex. Souto holds an AS in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College, was honorably discharged from the United States Navy, and is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He resides in Middletown, where he is very actively involved in civic, education, arts, and recreation organizations.

Wagner brings more than twenty years’ experience in the sales and service field to McCue. Previously, Wagner was principal with N.E.W. Gainsborough Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in providing in-depth business analysis services to small New England businesses. His territory includes Branford, North Branford, East Haven, and North Haven. Wagner is a resident of Branford, where he is actively involved with the community’s theater and arts programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Connecticut.
