The McCue Team is led by their executive staff that has valuable experience in the mortgage industry and a commitment to creating a company that can best serve its clients during changes in the economic landscape.
President- William J. McCue
McCue Mortgage is owned and managed by William J. McCue, a veteran of over 30 years in real estate finance. Bill began his career at Hartford National Bank before assuming control of The McCue Mortgage Company from his father in 1977.
First Executive Vice President – Frank J. Haran
Mr. Haran has had over 30 years of extensive real estate finance experience since receiving his Masters in Real Estate Finance from the University of Wisconsin. After completing his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University, Frank joined McCue Mortgage in 1983. His primary responsibilities include managing the company’s wholesale lending division.
Executive Vice President – Kimberly A. Neilson
Ms. Neilson is responsible for managing the loan pipeline including the daily assessment of risk as it relates to current market conditions. She works at the forefront of being in touch with the current struggles homebuyers are encountering and works to maintain relationships with investors as well as prices loans to assure profitability. Kim has been in the real estate finance business since 1986.
Executive Vice President – Kate McCue
Ms. McCue became the third generation of family at McCue Mortgage when she joined full time in 2000. After receiving her marketing degree from Georgetown University, she received her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Connecticut in 2008. Kate is involved in several collaborative marketing and sales initiatives in addition to her responsibilities as part of the executive team.
Vice President – Donna M. DiBenedetto
Ms. DiBenedetto has been with the company since 1980 overseeing the Production and Closing operations of the lending area. She has been a member of the CMBA (Connecticut Mortgage Association) for 20 years where she received a Certificate of Achievement Award. Donna has also been the chairperson of the Closing and Compliance Committee for three years and has received her DE (Direct Endorsement) from the FHA.
Vice President and Comptroller- Susan Sklenka
Susan is responsible for accounting and system administration. She oversees a team responsible for corporate accounting, finance, system administration and investor reporting. She is a CPA and has been in the real estate finance industry for many years prior to her joining McCue Mortgage in 1998.
Assistant Vice President – Cathy Kehoe
Cathy is responsible for managing and growing the inbound sales team as well as a separate team of outside mortgage loan originators. Her team of loan originators covers the whole State of Connecticut. Cathy’s career includes 20 years of mortgage and investment banking. Cathy has completed all federal mortgage licensing requirements required by the National S.A.F.E. Act, including passing both the National and State exams, making her fully licensed to best serve Connecticut homebuyers.
Assistant Vice President – Jesse Gnazzo
Mr. Gnazzo manages a growing team of licensed mortgage loan originators throughout Connecticut, ensuring the company’s ability to conveniently reach consumers in all areas of the state. Jesse has a wealth of knowledge through years of work in the real-estate/construction industry prior to entering mortgage industry in 2003, arming him with a wide understanding of all aspects of the home buying and remodeling processes. Jesse is licensed on both the state and federal level in compliance with the National S.A.F.E Act.
Assistant Vice President – Eileen Oliveira
Eileen is responsible for managing the Company’s servicing department including payment collection, processing and year-end reporting. Ms. Oliveira has been with McCue Mortgage since 2010 bringing more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial lending. Over her career she has served in roles ranging from mortgage loan administration, investor accounting and compliance to loan information systems.
Assistant Vice President – Betsy McCue
Betsy McCue, Assistant Vice President of Education and Training, joined her other family members at McCue Mortgage full time in 2011 when she changed careers. She received her Master’s of Arts of Education from the College of William and Mary in 2005 and taught in public education for 7 years. Betsy is a licensed educator in 3 states and is using her educational background to build the training program at McCue Mortgage. Betsy is involved in developing several training initiatives including: new loan originator training, new employee training, and continuous improvement.
Assistant Vice President – Rich Scierka
McCue Mortgage was happy to welcome Rich to the company in September 2011. He is an experienced media strategist with a wealth of experience from the agency side of marketing and public relations. Previously the Vice President at a marketing agency, and more recently a media specialist, he brings new energy and ideas to the company in line with our stride for innovation in a changing marketplace.
