The McCue Team is led by their executive staff that has valuable experience in the mortgage industry and a commitment to creating a company that can best serve its clients during changes in the economic landscape.

President – William J. McCue
McCue Mortgage is owned and managed by William J. McCue, a veteran of over 30 years in real estate finance. Bill began his career at Hartford National Bank before assuming control of The McCue Mortgage Company from his father in 1977.

Executive Vice President – Kate McCue
Ms. McCue became the third generation of family at McCue Mortgage when she joined full time in 2000. After receiving her marketing degree from Georgetown University, she received her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Connecticut in 2008. Kate is involved in several collaborative marketing and sales initiatives in addition to her responsibilities as part of the executive team.

Vice President and Comptroller- Susan Sklenka
Susan is responsible for accounting and system administration. She oversees a team responsible for corporate accounting, finance, system administration and investor reporting. She is a CPA and has been in the real estate finance industry for many years prior to her joining McCue Mortgage in 1998.

Assistant Vice President, Loan Administration – Enith Piscatelli
Ms. Piscatelli is responsible for the administration of all loans serviced by McCue Mortgage, which includes the portfolio’s payment processing and escrow fund management. Her team assists residents struggling in financial hardships with work–out solutions that best fit the goals and needs of the homeowners, within the requirements of the mortgage insurance and investors. She has been with McCue Mortgage since 2013 and has over 15 years of industry experience in loan servicing.

Assistant Vice President – Betsy McCue
Betsy McCue, Assistant Vice President of Education and Training, joined her other family members at McCue Mortgage full time in 2011 when she changed careers. She received her Master’s of Arts of Education from the College of William and Mary in 2005 and taught in public education for 7 years. Betsy is a licensed educator in 3 states and is using her educational background to build the training program at McCue Mortgage.

Assistant Vice President – Melanie McCue
Melanie McCue returned to both Connecticut and the mortgage industry after a 12 year absence when she joined the company as an Assistant Vice President in April 2012, taking over the management of the Quality Compliance and Assurance department. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Melanie oversees the company-wide internal reviews to assure compliance with state and federal regulations and investor guidelines as well as the implementation of new procedures to expedite processes.
